Fundfolio Fintech Private Limited (‘We’ ,‘Us’ or the‘Company’), a technology company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, operates the ‘marketfeed’ platform accessible through the website (URL: www.marketfeed.com) and the marketfeed mobile application (“the Platform”), to facilitate access to research recommendations and reports issued by SEBI-registered research analysts.

In the course of using the Platform, the Company and / or its affiliates may collect and process some information about you to maintain and improve the services offered on the Platform. We are strongly committed to safeguarding any personal information submitted to Us through the Platform and have taken reasonable and necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of any User information.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is published to provide information on the type of information collected by Us, the manner in which it is used and the measures taken to protect that information.

For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires,‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘User’ shall mean any natural person who has signed up or registered on the Platform, or has initiated the process of registering on the Platform, and intends to access the offerings available on the Platform. Further, We may store information relating to Your income, lifestyle levels and usage pattern.
      Usage and Technical InformationIP addresses, application, device or browser type, versions and configurations, operating systems, device brand and model, time zone setting, geo-location information, content, unique identifiers associated with Your device(s) and pages that You access on the Platform and the dates and times that You visit the Platform, and paths taken.

You hereby agree, acknowledge, and grant Your consent to Us to obtain information / data from You through the Platform when You register on the Platform, enter details in forms / surveys or online applications, or during Your continued use of the Platform. We may also obtain Personal Information from You during customer-support interactions or any other communication channels, or for any assistance in cases of matters related to law enforcement or investigations.

You are requested to note that when You access the Platform, or receive any communication from Us, We may use cookies and or other technologies to collect information and store Your online preferences to enable better navigation on the Platform and / or to store user preferences. Such information shall include details of Your broking account, transaction data, transaction history, profit and loss statements, etc., in relation to the optional trade automation feature offered on the Platform.

    1. We recognise and acknowledge the value and importance of the protection of Your Personal and Non-Personal Information and ensure that the same will be used for the intended purpose(s). By virtue of this Policy, We will collect / receive / share / process / use / store Your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information to provide You with access to the various offerings available on the Platform, enhance the user experience, manage our relationship with You, build affluence scores / user insights, analyse data for the introduction of new products and features, and as may be required to comply with any regulatory requirements and contractual obligations, which may inter alia include:

      2. Verifying Your identity and registering You as a User for the purposes of allowing You to access the offerings available on the Platform.

      3. Resolving Your queries, concerns, and providing You with support in the case of any issues during availing any offerings available on the Platform.

      4. Streamlining and customizing Your experience of using the Platform.

      5. Informing You about the progress of, and issues with, Your access to the offerings available on the Platform, and the resolution thereof.

      6. Informing You of offers, surveys, newsletters, events and any other promotional material and dispatching emails and / or other notifications.

      7. Tracking, analyzing and maintaining information about Your use of the Platform.

      8. Carrying out research, planning, and statistical analysis to provide improved administration of services on the Platform and/or introduction of new products or features on the Platform.

To share Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, to the extent permitted and commercially feasible, with the companies that We plan to merge with, or entities that We may acquire or be acquired by, subject to the provisions of applicable law, in which situation We will require that the new combined entity or the acquired/ acquiring entity follows this Policy with respect to Your Personal Information.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary mentioned elsewhere in this Policy, We may store/retain Your Personal and Non-Personal Information for as long as the same is required for the fulfilment of purposes for which We collected it. We may retain Your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information to comply with Our legal (contractual, statutory or regulatory requirements), record-keeping, audit accounting and /or compliance reporting obligations. This may also affect our ability to provide You access to the Platform and therefore may lead to discontinuation of Your access to the offerings available on the Platform.

Subsequently, upon confirmation from the Company, Your access to the Platform will be suspended.
